Refund Policy

The Siblings Studio

At The Siblings Studio, we pride ourselves on a transparent and collaborative process. Because each project is custom and requires dedicated time and planning, refunds are limited to specific circumstances as outlined below.

1. Deposits and Project Fees
  • All projects require a deposit to secure your start date and initiate project planning.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • You may request a refund within 24 hours of payment if no project work has started.

  • To qualify, the request must be made in writing (email is fine) within 24 hours of your payment confirmation.


2. Completed Projects
  • No refunds are provided for completed projects or after final delivery of design files, assets, or site launch.

  • Once the work has been reviewed and approved, the project is considered complete and non-refundable.


3. Cancellations and Paused Projects
  • If you choose to cancel your project after work has started, any payments made to date will be retained to cover time and resources invested.

  • You may pause a project once (for up to 30 days) without losing progress, provided notice is given in writing.


4. Our Commitment

Under California Civil Code §1723, service providers may define their own refund terms as long as they’re clearly stated prior to payment. This policy serves that purpose. By submitting your deposit or project payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
